– Gen V 502 full roller conversion, .005″ off the block (previous build), .030″ Bored to get to 4.5″, fresh line hone, and matching JE .030″ over pistons with 7cc dome (with heads / gaskets will be 9.7:1 compression), netting 509c.i.
– Merc Racing 525 Crank and Rods, ARP rod bolts, matching mains and Melling HV Oil Pump
– AFR305 Aluminum Heads, CNC ported, Inconel exhaust valves, custom springs (say hello to a lighter ass end).
– Cometic .030″ Head Gaskets.
– Johnson Tie Bar HD Lifters
– Stainless Marine Manifolds with standard risers and new seals
– 1.7:1 Scorpion Rockers, poly locked
– Edelbrock RPM Air Gap Intake
– 850 Holley, modified by Norm at Competition Fuel Systems with HP500 flame arrestor and 2″ open spacer, drastically re-jetted.
-Holley Red Fuel Pump with Bypass Regulator @ 7psi
– Performance Distributors DUI ignition, custom advance curve and advance timing set to 33-degrees max.
– Custom Madera Cam with firing order swap (496 order) 647/640 lift and 235/239 duration @ .050 on 113 LSA.
– New Pushrods to measured length
– New Rollmaster timing set
– Hardin Marine 10qt Oil Pan
– New steering rack and steering system fully checked out since no external steering easily adapted/available for this drive.
– Swinging a SS Ballistic behind a 1.42 ratio Daddy King. BBlades lab finished and tweaked the prop
